Contactless power transmission
Inductive power transmission NearFi uses an inductive coupling method in the 100 to 148.5 kHz frequency range for power transmission, similar to established wireless charging systems. This allows the transmission of power up to 50 W( 24 V DC, 2 A). By connecting multiple systems in parallel, up to 100 W is possible with automatic current balancing. Power transmission is based on a magnetic field generated by the base coupler via a coil and inductively received by the remote coupler. Active control ensures stable operating conditions across the entire operating range and continuously adjusts the system parameters.
Unlike many conventional solutions, the transmitted power remains constant within the specified operating range, without a significant drop in power over distance.
Two electrically isolated power supply paths( US / UA) In applications that involve sensor and actuator power supplies, electrically isolated power supply paths may be required. By using two NearFi coupler paths in parallel, two electrically isolated voltages can be transmitted without physical contact. Safety functions( e. g., actuator Ethernet shutdown) are typically implemented using external
