DC power grids The energy system for the future
Every conversion from alternating to direct current and vice versa is accompanied by losses. This statement is of great significance, especially in the All Electric Society, in which the boundaries between producers and buyers are becoming increasingly blurred. We are focusing on DC grids for sector coupling in order to limit precisely these conversion losses. This enables us to achieve increased efficiency, higher yields, and a simplified installation.
